BUIC Capital Management was founded in May 2007. Chairman of the Board, Misbah Al Droubi, has seven years of experience providing private equity and asset management services in Ukraine for large-scale projects in different industries: oil & gas, real estate, and steel.

BUIC Capital Management was created to assist investors who wish to enter the Ukrainian market. BUIC Capital Management has assembled a diverse team to provide expert, individualized advice to our clients. On one side, our hands-on experience, expertise, and wide domestic and international networks allow BUIC Capital Management access to a diverse source of capital from all of Europe, the U.S. and the Middle East. On the other side, we have access to a wide array of potential projects within Ukraine and all emerging markets that offer excellent investment opportunities.

Now, as opportunities are presented not only in emerging markets but in established ones as well, like Spain and France, BUIC Capital Management is establishing offices in Geneva and a representative office in Spain in order to service these markets.
